Way less than i imagined to be honest, very glad i asked and thanks for taking the time to offer your advice/knowledge,i can imagine at times you read posts from those of us that "like to tinker" and shake your head. All my "mucking about" is done on a pretty tight budget so i will set about putting the $ away and then get in touch re getting them up for you to sort. Will say again thanks for taking the time to post up,much appreciated fella and ive no doubt when i get them back and on the bike it will be well worth the time to do it.

Did you buy these forks of a guy in Titirangi? If yes, they were intended for a bucket project. I bought them off of ebay thinking they were 41mm but ended up 43mm was too big for the project. A shame as they are bloody nice forks.

    Excellent stuff.

Enjoy the mucking around myself. I've always a pile of dream bits on my ebay wishlist!
