Announce Yamaha Jog 2008 - acceleration upgrades and performance variators?

hey have been searching the internet for ages for advice however have come up short as i think cv50 is an Australian and NZ model only. i want to improve acceleration and top end to 65-70 to do this i was thinking a performance variator roller weights belt clutch spring and torque spring. has anybody had a lot of luck with these scooters? also has anybody tried performance variator and can recommend of warn me of any? also im having trouble getting my head around what clutch springs and torque springs to go to as cannot find what stock ones are or how the two of them work together. also cdi, must do or a waste of time? iv heard mixed reviews and don't hit the rev limiter unless am flying down hill. any help would be much appreciated.

    cheers, dave
