This is cold comfort; but don't look at the door that has just closed - look at the door that is opening in front of you.

    Dearest Cam.

I am sorry to hear this, but am hoping for the best possible outcome for you all later this week.

Some turns in life can prove to be very challenging, and test us to our absolute limits. You have not had an easy path since your accident. But you are the person who made me believe in self strength when I would not listen to another person. You are one of the strongest people I have ever met, and I believe you, and your family can get through anything. Thanks to you, and your constant support, I changed my situation that was too much for me at the time. The last 2 years have been quite a test for me. I made it through my relationship break up, sold my house, found somewhere to live, have had a motorcycle accident that has left me in a halo traction for 3 months, and I am now dependent on live in help until I get through this.... but, I have never been so happy in my life, nor more proud of myself for making all these changes and getting through them as a better person. I still credit you for all of this, and will be eternally thankful to you for making me believe in myself, and all I could do. Nothing can stop me now, I feel I can get through anything.

As can you my friend. And with your love and support, I have no doubt that your wife can get through this too. She is a very strong woman and I'm sure you are very proud of her.

Take it one day at a time. Ask for help from friends along the way, whether it just be for support or a night of a few wines and laughter to take your minds off things.

A tough time ahead for you all, and my thoughts are with you. But I have much faith in you, and know you will get your family through this. Nothing will convince me otherwise.

You got me through my 2 years of muddle, and I am eternally grateful to you for that.

Let us know how we can support you Toaster. Big online hugs mate

    +1 with Ed on that

Mate, I dont know the ins and outs but it is a gutter to have this happen to you. All I can say is, well, there are shit loads of us on here who can lend some moral support and give you something to smile about. We all wish that things turn around and gets better as soon as possible, then those who upset your missus can get a big hairy arsed biker moonie from us liot. Fuck it, I'll do it no worries.

Keep your chin up fella (I have 5 to keep up so.....yeah.....), give the missus a cuddle, think positive and you will see that life has a way of working things out.

Oh, apologies if my post is 'out of date', I only read the first bit and Eds wisdom

    Peace bruv
