    Made my day.

I'm a donor, although i dont plan on getting into a situation where there is anything left to donate!

    Live longer.

Considering how few people get to donate due to family intervention is should be an opt out system not opt in.

If they are even considering switching off the machine that goes bing, then you sound like you are going to be pretty messed up if you make it through. Flick the switch, save electricity, spare bed at the hospital and you get to give someone new eyeballs. Everyone's a winner.

No, I'm not a donor as i don't know if i would approve of the recipient.

Some fucker that drunk himself into oblivion and wants a new kidney, the smoker that needs new lungs, the one that just ran you over and needs your eyes.

And besides they won't take them just like why i can't give blood, was in the UK in the 90's so they are still worried about mad cows.

I thought they would have got over Thatcher by know.

If you are referring to the option on the licence just opt out at the next renewal. Opting in is also conditional on next of kin agreement so tell them to say no, seems a bit unfair to say you will on the licence and then have the next of kin say no when the time comes but it is an option and a reality in a lot of cases.

Smokers and alcoholics certainly don't deserve one more than the healthy (habitual) patients, I sure do hope I'm right.
Some people just can't seem to comprehend that they do not have the right to be unoffended in their lives.

Unfortunately I don't think so. the second time they need something they are put at the bottom of the list, but the first time it goes on need.

organ donors should have top priority of other organs if they become in need.... otherwise its like winning the lottery without even buying a ticket.

Hmmm not sure how to answer that one is it a question about registering as a donor or is it a question about riding style?

Know an old guy in his 80's now,we talked about organ donating,he said he had recieved a new hip, knee over the years,he commented he was after a brain transplant, preferably from a maori or politician as it would be as new, hardly used, except the maori might want the brain back later.

Golden thread, starter for 10! I am out of bling sadly.

Dont listen to these ill informed cretins.

How some of us are even alive surprises me?

Aliens come and remove bits of you while you sleep

I guess the fact they can only harvest during leap years, and then only in blue moon months, saves the majority

Anyone got a spare working pancreas? I could do with one that I can share out to my family
