    Broadband speed

    My internet connection is real slow. Impossible to watch any youtube files during the download.


    It was two to three times this when first connected. I have had TelstraClear at my door trying to sell me their cable service. Should I make the switch?

    This is an ADSL2+ line.

    Cable is very much quicker.

    I'm on a Telstra 4Mb/s plan. I have used several speed tests from different sites at different times of day and I have never gotten less than 4Mb/s.
