So, my boy's drivers licence was stolen...

about 6 months ago after his club hockey teams break up, since then its been used for id for buyin booze, a couple of weeks ago i got a call from a supermarket asking for Corey, seems the criminal who stole his licence was trying to buy beer and the guy on the till recognised him and said this id aint you bud, so the guy did a runner leaving the licence behind, as corey was working in central chery picking we went and picked up the licence and went to the cops and gave them all the details, they have the guy who (a) stole the licence (b) used it to buy beer underage, we know this feller and his dads a Detective in Dn so probably fuck all will happen but anyway my boys outed this prick on facebook so everyone will find out......thats all

It's bloody good that you got it back. A driver license being used fraudulently like that can be a nightmare that goes on for years.

Was the little shit involved with the hockey break-up, or has the license been passed on to him?
he was in the team, my boys have been in rep teams with him for years, he is a real rsole you would think dad being a cop would have ment something to him, funny thing was he told the officer that corey gave him the licence just before he tried to buy the beer but corey had been working in central since mid december and just got back a couple of days ago

hadnt heard anything for a while so called the cop handling the case and it seems that a wet busticketing has been administered in the form of a stern telling off and thats that, no apology to my son, no reimbursment of the $40 he had to pay for a replacment licence, i have to wonder if it had been my boy who stole the licence and used it to buy beer underage would he have got off so lightly

As normal in true KB fashion.......sweeping generalisation and 'tar them with the same brush' mentality. My kids are polite a curtious and it regularly gets commented on by others.
I'm only wearing black until they develop something darker
