Rothesay Retro Riders
A New Club on the Shore for Riders of Older or Traditional-styled Bikes
So… what’s a ‘retro bike’?
1. One that was on the road before 1983. (not really retro – more the real thing!)
2. Newer bikes are welcome if they’re traditionally styled and (as a rule of thumb) have spoked wheels.
3. All of the following:
• Old school chops
• Bobbers
• Lowriders
• Flatrackers
• Café racers
• Street scramblers
If you need to ask, it aint on this list.
4. Harleys… Well kinda yes, kinda no. If you’ve bolted on everything in the Custom Chrome Catalog, probably not, but if your Harley’s more than just a lifestyle accessory, you probably get it
5. Lambrettas and Vespas are OK - some say they’re not motorbikes, but they’re definitely retro, and look sort of cool
