Once in a different life I was the designer for a Business newspaper. (Tetris with blocks of words)

My Editor used to keep a piece of string in his wallet at all times.

I saw him deploy it thrice. Stunning results, nobody ever used a cliche in an editorial meeting thereafter.

Myself - I kept a nice crystal ball from the hippy shop in the top drawer for when he asked me 'those' questions.
