Four bikes on Kingseat Rd - South Auckland

To the 4 sports bikes that flew past me on kingseat road near patumahoe, that turned right as I went past, you dont know how close you came to being pulled by the popo.I just got stopped 2 mins before and given a stern warning for excess speed, and that was for doing 110k.And to the ducati rider doing the racing crouch as you passed, please stop doing that, I laughed so much I had to stop and dry my eyes.I was only visiting the area from roto vegas, but the cop told me that the areas roads are becoming popular for bikes and they will be having extra patrols around the area.

Yea, the Police were hitting Franklin pretty hard this weekend. I have not seen so many cops around for a while. I can say it wasn't me too. It was raining and I am allergic to rain.

Yeah they were also in force on the northern motorway this morning. Thought
I'd do the honorable thing and keep one of them busy for all of you guys going down to Pukekohe, because I'm thoughtful like that...

Was about 9.30, no SV's boman, current shape cbr1000rr, gsxr1000, ducati, maybe another gsxr.Cop was only 30 sec behind me (mufti car), they saw me go past and must have decided to show off, so blasted up to speed and shot passed, except for the ducati rider that had to use the racing crouch behind the screen, maybe as its was a duke he had to do that to pass me (low horsepower maybe)

So what you are saying is why didnt I take a quick picture with the camera that is always at hand while riding a motorcycle? When I ride a bike, I dont need to take a camera with me, unlike some yuppies (maybe you always have a camera at hand to take a quick "action picture").The phrase "pics or it didnt happen" gives an indication of brain cell count, or you have seen this phrase used before on the forum, and are just "trying to make a laugh", either way, maybe in another 15 or so years you will look back and think, "yeah what a fucking dumb thing to say"

Meow. I would have thought the dumb thing would be to post a message on a forum to "four bikers" who are unlikely to ever read it, and then to tell them they got away with it when you didn't. If they read it they'd be laughing. Apart from the Duke guy, racing crouches look stupid anywhere but on a racetrack.

No offence, just seems KB is full of messages to unknown bikers who are never going to read it. I'm English, but I have never seen such a whinge fest as this place.

    Or is it just you...?
Opinions are like arseholes: Everybody has got one, but that doesn't mean you got to air it in public all the time....

    I vote just him.

Big deal, you got overtaken by some bikes and one guy just wanted to lick his tank or had severe partial paralysis in a gay race stance due to his mega uncomfortable Ducati... You're lucky it wasn't me who passed you, then you'd have something to cry about.... gay Honda....gay Honda jacket, limp wrists and a fishy scent.

Yep i'm kinda over it too!
Seems to be that's all one can read here most days. Must be very little else going on the motorcycle fraternity.

Kiwibiker hasn't reached the lows of Facebook yet, and FB is sooooooo much younger. I personally dont use FB, cant stand the dribble on that I have seen on there and its full of KBers that cant stand the dribble on KB, ironic really. Not once have I ever seen KB on the National news unlike some other social networking sites.
Big difference here is, you can ''choose'' what you view/read/look at.
I was stoked when KB introduced LOA, that ment I didnt have to see all the crap that appeals to a certain bred of person. I ''chose'' not to subcribe to that particular forum.
Normally a thread title will give you some idea of what the content will be.
