What should a sarcasm smiley look like?

I feel an undercurrent of disquiet on KB.
The people are murmering "Where is the sacasm smiley?"

Finally an issue I can get really excited about.

Should it wave?
What gear should it wear?
Are Honda riders allowed to use it?

I'm guessing it should be troll like creature.

I forgot this is KB. Rather piss and moan and use the search function than solve anything

Anybody sufficiently inept in their verbal and written language skills who needs to be TOLD that something is sarcastic should limit their online experiences to subtitled versions of Hannah Montana.
