I reckon you are just trying to get your youth back by re-inventing from more years ago than we care to remember when you started practicing all this no sleep thing while you were helping myself, yourself, brian self and every other self who had an interest in squirting around a track and lived within 100 miles of Pn at the time. Mate you have always put more into this sport by helping more people personally and assisting nationally than people realise.
Enough of the back patting,on a serious note how many handlebar/ground tinnies did ya score this trip?
Looking foward to catching up with ya to help "count em"
Life is not a test ride.....

MATE!!!! I was gutted! Two crashes for the whole 5 round series over 4 bikes,12 tinnies,Theyve got NO commitment too the Billington alcoholism cause what so ever,Should have reverted too the old rules where it was 6 big bottles aye!Still back then you and Bernard and co use to crash so often it took us a week to get back to Palmy from Manfeild LOL.

That story must have brought back some memories from the old days,Castrol 6 hour 1987,Dave Kuriger barrell rolling your brand new CBR600 on the first day of practice,2 all nighters and a squillion dollars worth of parts and then I go and do the same thing to mine and brians RZ on the last lap of qualifying Saturday afternoon,Another all nighter to finally finish the bike 5 mins before the race started,Ahhh,The good old days.

Thumbs up Nationals make you faster clubbies!

Billy told us that doing the Nationals was worth 2 seconds a lap to a club racer when they get home. As much as I hate to admit it,, He was right. We went south to try out the tracks and stay out of everyones way. We had a hoot and learn't heaps. Maybe the Nationals level riders would rather the newbies stayed home, but as a learning experience, it can't be matched. Many thanks Billy. p.s.. Looks like Sarah owes you a slab from her bin at Hampton Downs. I was unaware of the alcoholic protocol.
    "That's rooted!! What's next??"
