    Depending how long it's been since it was started it's probably just stale fuel.

    If you don't know how to drain the fuel and replace it, call George - Motorcycle Doctors.
    If it wasn't for a concise set of rules, we might have to resort to common sense!

    The GV250 has a vacuum operated fuel pump on the left hand side.

    The fuel hose goes from the fuel tap down to the pump and there is another fuel hose that goes from the pump to the carbs. There is another thinner (vacuum) hose that goes from the pump to the inlet manifold somewhere.
