    Tokoroa video

Finally uploaded a clip from the NI round in Tokoroa. Agrade race starts at 2.10 into the clip. I do have more, will try and get them uploaded...but not sure I'll be able to, huge files and long clips. Unsure which race this is from the weekend, guessing one from Saturday though. Its taken from bike #3, no bad considering this time last year he was still on his KLX125.

Anyways something for the people that werent able to make it there, hopefully this is enough to get you there for next time.

That has to be the best track I have ridden, a close 2nd would be Kaitoke at Easter.

Makes Roy's Hill look like a go kart track...

I'm going to disagree and rate my favourite tracks as

    Kaitoke
    Roys Hill and Tokoroa tied
Taumarunui (because it's in such a lovely setting)
Mt Wellington ( because it really is a goat track and I can ride there once a month so it doesn't have any novelty value)

Cotswald, you seriously need to drag yourself to Kaitoke in October, you'll be amazed.

    My list

1st Kaitoke Fast and technical with lots of passing opportunities for a small track.
2nd Taupo Short, Nice and fast just right for a buckets to stretch there legs.
3rd Ruapuna B really fast and flowing with one of the best corners ever. The drop away transition back onto the straight. Puts a smile on your face every time you drop in. Fast. Can't wait for BOB.

Really like the look of Tokoroa. Will be there for sure next time. Anyone know when that might occur?

Will talk to Steve B on Sunday and see when we can get up there again. Don't really want to wait another year for N I Champs.

Great vid, shame it shows my mechanical ability sitting in the centre of the track at about 4.14

For the record Qkkid was in my bed, not the other way round

The plan is in motion for just that as I may as well do the whole of the NI champs.
For my 2 cents, Taumarunui and Tokoroa are both fantastic, still not sure I like mt wellingtons bumps but I probably need more laps.
Someone today mentioned the rosebank road cart track, has that ever been used?

I must mention the Blenheim kart track if the discussion is about great tracks. Totally awesome.

I think F5 Dave mentioned Blenheim as his all time favourite track Easter.

I did indeed. I've raced most kart tracks & many others over the last few years. I'd rate Blenheim as the best track I've raced, but I love Kaitoke & Ruapuna B track is another type of buzz & esp the bit as Rich sez. Taumarunui is a great track to get the sweeper nailed, pity its hard to pass on.

Having seen that vid now I'd love to get up to Tokoroa, it looks good.
Don't you look at my accountant.
