    Need help

    Hello!

I've bought a 21 years old GSF 250 bandit, and needs some maintenance, but I haven't find any service manual for it.
Could You please help me out with these documents if You still got it.

    Thank You in advance!

    Best regards
    Peter

Hi, if your Bandit is a 1992 it is an older type that was only officially sold in Japan, so as far as I know there are no English documents for it. Another poster on here though (chap called Ducatilover) apparently knows a guy with an English manual for this bike but he hasn't been able to get his dirty little mitts on it yet.

However, you might find this website useful: http://www.synapse.ne.jp/s-hara/bandit/index.html

Run it through Google Translate, it takes a while to get the hang of understanding the Jinglish translations but you'll figure it all out. I've had a 1992 Bandit 250 for the last four years and that site has been invaluable in keeping the bike running.
You want some advice - lightning strikes once, it does not strike twice!

    Thanks for the info!!!

I think the newer gsf 250 manual would be great also.
I should ask this user Ducatilover about the manual, but i cannot send PM-s because low involvement level.

    Best regards

Have a copy of the owners manual for a later model bandit 250. Not a service manual unfortunately. The bandit 400 service manual which I found online should be quite similar. Will send them tomorrow when I'm on a pc. Great bike you have there btw!

This may be helpful to other 250 bandit owners too :-)

I found some japan language sites, wich describes quite mutch of the maintenance and service tasks. The first site you may know allready, because it has two (frequently referred) english pages .
Google translate makes them completely usable:
