Online polls are flawed and I pointed this out earlier.
If you are a sweet tooth and you see two jars of lollies in front of you, one has five lollies in it and the other is full, which one will you go for?

And to think this thread was started in General Bikers...

There isn't a forum for Select Bikers?
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

That's a flawed analogy but whatever...

My point was that this particular poll is so far removed from being useful due to the bs that surrounds it that the answer can hardly be anything but yes!

I'd check to see if anyone was watching and then take them all

    KATMAN Crusade

Mate, you may get dressed in a cat suit and crusade with Jerry Springer style but you aren't hitting the nerve yet.

My take is that probably 20 % of riders should be banned from riding, they are not up to it. It's not a hard task riding a bike but you have to have some key conponents working.
    - the risk assessment should be constantly ticking over in the subconsous of the brain. Some people don't have this facility and need to get out of the game and try ice hockey.

    - the art of actually riding requires a technically and physically sound plan for the next movement of the bike verses the road. This requires conscious thinking. You are just lazy if you keep fucking this up ,

Whats next ? Money ! If I was an ACC manager looking for a big Christmas bonus I would highlight the slaughter and actual costs to the corporation on two beautiful rides. The Coro loop and the Whangamomona run.
ACC policy changes now will mean these two routes have been abused by motorcyclists so they will only pay out on one incident per person forever. You choose which incident you would like a payout on. Get your own insurance for the rest of your fuck ups.

Whats next ? Personel responsability. Teach your friends, especially the young the correct skills. Tell the bad ones to get out of the game if its a hopeless case. Hampton downs track days are under untilized, why aren't the Coro crowd doing these. Darren could easily set up an ACC sponsored part of that day.

Anyway, the only bike accident I have had is wetting my pants on a poker run. As my hero Forrest Gump said " that’s all I have to say about that"

And I hope it's the only one you ever have. They're not much fun.

Just wondering if Katman goes with the poll result when the poll completes. In which case, you mistakenly forgot to put an end date. I can fix that for you if you like
