Onya, good going. Property is generally one of the best investments you can make.

Good on ya logo... I hope you have enough room for all the bikes and bits downstairs. Are you living there on your own, or going to rent it out to some others to help smash out that mortgage? It must be a bit daunting buying something so large, but remember that the first thousand dollars is the hardest to save, and you are well past that.

Well done again... If you need a hand moving stuff in, or doing a general tidy up give me a call.

Wow Logan!! I can't help but admire your achievement. The fact that you have stayed on course and managed to achieve your targets while maintaining a demanding sporting life speaks greatly about the strength of your character.

Good stuff, especially at your tender years. BTW it doesn't matter what the bank owns, the capital gain is all yours.
You could be living in your future MV.

    Re Logan

hey mate, yes this is great news, having been (in the know) about this little project, I gotta say I am so proud of you mate, despite advice given to you by so called well meaning people you have stuck to your goal... you will never go wrong with property... Just thinking back to all those time we would chat in the early ams when you were coming back from one of your 3 part time jobs, and how keen you were to obtain a house.. now its more than just a dream, and I guess the other great thing you have still managed to keep your hand in the whole racing thing..... ..

Good luck with your future property investments.

That's bloody good going, Logan! (Apart from the fact the house doesn't have a 6-bike gargre )

    Just kidding! Well done, matey!

Didn't have my first home till about 24-ish, had it nearly paid off, added a third more area onto it, had that nearly paid off, changed careers and cities three times, and now the mortgage is around $250K.

Just shows you what having goals and planning things can do for you.
Please come visit, and tell my kids that!
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....
