simply, it hasn't. i talked, years ago, with an engineer here in italy that traded to buy an industrial machinery in china. they needed the C E mark, and it was missing, so he told the chinese factory that the deal would not be done.The 250R’s undertail muffler makes big noises. It is stamped EPA-legal, but we were still wondering how it got through.
the very next day they called him and send pics of the same machinery with the C E marks on it...
after all, it's just a stamp...

Hey i realize that this thread has been quiet for a while. But i am thinking of buying the new 2011 megelli 250r and was wondering if anyone knows if they have fixed some of the issues from the 2010. Such as the bad suspension, the issue with the stand hitting the ground in hard left hand turns. Or is it basically the same bike as the 2010 model.
