Try Luke Mair as the 05 ZX6rr he bought from me had the finger trapping variety of steering damper.

hey, I'm very interested in this item. Does it come with all the necessary attachments to the bike? So I just put it on, or do I need something special to put it on the bike?

Its a complete kit, bolt on and go.
