Bridgestone 120/600R17 race wet front tyre 99% new - $120

This tyre came on a wheel I brought on trade me.
I only wanted the wheel so the tyre is up for sale.
It looks brand new and I understand it has only done 3 laps at Greymouth.
You can still clearly see the molding tits over the entire surface of the tyre.
Date code "TAM4206"
Price is $120 ono
freight to NI is $25
Freight to SI is $20

What is the model code on it and how old is it (date stamp)

I am no bridgestone expert but it is marked 'YEK' which I guess might be a model code.
The tread rubber seems very soft and plyable as you would expect in a wet.
I could not see anything I recognised as a date stamp.
