Taupo road race spectacular / f4 f5 gp

Hello all. Thought I would ask the question. Are there plans to run the TRRS this year? I have heard rumor that it may not happen.

If so I am sure we all could sort out an alternate way to run the GP this year.

I was told at the NZSRA AGM that Pacific would not be running it this year

I was talking about this very thing with Nigel just yesterday. And he confirmed he (Pacific) won't be running the TRRS. But don't despair...he has some doozies planned which will more than replace it.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Yes but you can't replace the GPs. They have been running for um, well I've done maybe 22 but they were running before I was racing.

So does anyone have plans for a GP is the question, not necc the event to tag it onto.
Don't you look at my accountant.

I'd better not say more, at this stage...

Well what ever happens I think everyone that likes racing buckets would be keen on an event that the buckets are the feature class and we get a proper GP. ie 35 minutes of hard racing. No 8 lap sprint.

Look forward to hearing what the Pacific club has up there sleeve. Go Nigel!

The (almost) whole goal for my bucket development is to do well in GP's.

My Bucket development is fairly high up in the list of "Shit I spend my limited time and money on".

Yeh true that. I think a lot of people look froward to the GP. All that work through the year and a chance to break loose of the kart tracks. For most of us in the north anyway. I have been told there will be a GP. Wheels are in motion.
