    I'm sure that many of you have seen the new "planking" fad in the media lately.

    Hey! It was a motorcyclist who started all this,

    Back in the mid fifties at Bonneville., some chap wearing only swimming togs stretched out on a Bonnie.( I think) He set a new speed record. Not to sure which record he set. Somebody else is sure to know.

    I'm to lazy to dig out the photo and upload it.

    It Was Rollie Free and it was on a Vincent, record average speed of 150.313 mph (241.905 km/h)
