    The 600 race is well worth watching, one of the best races you will see if you enjoy bikes drafting, quite spectacular!
    A catch belly pan wont catch shit when the bike's traveling at almost 200mph.

    Yes they are, but they are also required to have removeable bungs in them for rain races, so the rain does not build up in the under belly and gush water onto your tyre, so my guess is these bungs had been removed hence oil everywhere]
