"Look, Madame, where we live, look how we live ... look at the life we have...The Republic has forgotten us."
Just red somewhere that the poor man got his dates wrong....it's October now.
Though as I was discussing with another yesterday, God's timing and ours' are two totallly different measures. A day for God could well be a thousand years and and instant could well be 100 years. Looking at it from that prospectice we are in the early days of the rapture.....just look at the news.
Anyway, as you were, enjoy the moments you have, love the ones you are with, respect yourself and others, be kind, caring, your life can change in a heartbeat!
The Bible states that the signs are There will be wars and romours of wars, and earthquakes etc etc etc...
Thing is this has happened through out history, there have been wars and many romours of wars there have been earthquakes, volcanos, floods, starving, tsmani's all through out time and history... just read your history books...
Anyway for this nut case... "nobody shall know the day or the hour not the angles above a nor thy son only thy father." in the book of Mathew
Those that have read the bible really need to re-read and comprihend it... not believe what you are being taught as not all is as it seems...
ie; there is no historical eviiedence that Jesus lived when they say he lived. The Gospels are under despute on who wrote them and are copies of copies and were writen well after the said date. There is hearsay and handed down oral stories of, as well as translation errors and misinterpretations. All the so call eviedence has been prooven as a hoax. http://nobeliefs.com/exist.htm
When you truly read the new testament and take note, things are not as rosey as you think... only 144,000 are going to heaven. There is a lot more that doesn't add up either... the book of revulations wasn't written by John. Totally different style of writing. writen upto 300CE (300 year later) read more of that book and well all is not as it seems the same trick from the begining... to the end

Many Christians and non-believers alike extol the virtues of living peacefully, yet the Biblical Jesus makes it abundantly clear that he did not hold to this concept:
At the end Jesus is suppose to rule over the earth in peace... ? but kind of sounds like the New World Order and another dicatership to me does it not...
Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace but a sword.
-Matthew 10:34
For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her
mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
-Matthew 10:35
The whole story has been told over and over at the movies, from starwars saga to matrix and the like..
If I didn't know better I would say it was the sci-fi story of the time, and it was one of those books that every one can write and contribute to telling the story...
