Brand new 3pc adjustable torque wrench set 1/2" (with adaptor for 3/8")

    SOLD SOLD SOLD!!!!!!

Brand spanking new and unused - still in the cellophane wrapping.

Equivalent 1/2" wrench (without the adaptor or extension bar) on SuperCheap website is $117.

Brand is MechPro - first picture is a close up of the writing on the case listing the torque amount (210nm) and parts of the set.

Moving to Oz soon so being very picky with what I take with me.

Happy to take $50 for it.

Pickup preferred but can arrange p&p at extra cost, if required.

    PM me if interested.

    Cheers

    Ben

Is a 4% variance okay on 'normal maintenance' nuts n bolts? Thinking axles really, and maybe cylinder heads. Not the lower engine....

Just had a quick check online.

From what I can quickly tell a variance of +/- 4% is normal for torque wrenches (and seems to satisfy an international standard).

    Just google it:http://www.google.co.nz/#q=internati...w=1024&bih=653

A 3 or 4% variance is stated as exceeding international torque wrench standards, from a number of different manufacturers.

I actually had trouble finding any mention of a torque wrench with below 3% variance.

I'll pop down to the post office tomorrow to find out what the cost would be to Auckland and post it on here.

    Cheers

Standard post to Auckland is $10 so $60 all up is fine. Let me know if you are still interested.
