.... flash and sound the horn behind you because you are doing less than 20km over the limit and they are running late.
So when a car is approaching you flashing, with another car beside it approaching you flashing, while you have a car up your chuff flashing and sounding the horn as you have just been overtaken on a blind corner....indicate and pull over for a little lay down till the nerves settle.
All of the above in normal here though not usually all at the same time.
had a cop flash (headlight flash not blue red flash) a bunch of us on bikes on a group ride back from akaroa a while ago, we were going a wee bit too fast on a downhill slope and he came around the hill infront of us. fully surprised he didnt just do a u-turn and pull us over.
Yea..naaa...yea....naaa. can't be bothered with this one! Give me something that really bites ya arse.![]()
Trumpydom!
It's powerful. People don't expect it to be that strong. Once I do a quick flash of high beam, they stop. I spend money on my lights (and buy bikes with good lights), as I ride a lot at night. Same occurred with my previous bike.
It's probably below the legal settings currently, as people kept flashing me.
