I wouldn't even feed Marmite to my mother in law. Ban it here too..

Nobody's forcing you to eat it. Ban f-ing peanut butter, I say, vomit-inducing concoction of the devil that it is. It only takes one contaminated knife to render a jar of jam inedible and only good for binning.

What is it with Denmark anyway? Ban marmite, but sex with a 15yr old is ok? They must all be socialists.

Yeah it's called the same thing but is far superior.

There's also Bovril which is roughly the same colour but is made of beef 'stuff'. You put hot water in it and drink it like cuppa soup. Generally consumed in great quantities by old codgers.

Marmite and crisp sammies. A kids (and big kids) favourite.

Vegemite and peanut butter need to be put in the rubbish.

I thought it had a different name?...was in a bottle the same shape as Bovril because I thought thats what it was.

Que? It's the NZ version of Marmite (some bastardised concoction that appears to have been designed to look more like Vegemite) that has sugar on the contents list...

Not that I'm aware of unless there is some other yeast extract. Confusingly Bovril was also a yeast extract at some point but I think its gone back to beef again now.

Marmite and english beer are about as cheap as cocaine in this country.

Yeah they sell Boddo's in my local, problem is it's carbonated and COLD... WTF?
