No doubt mate, but if it came down to saving a dying baby or a dying dog, baby every time. All this hand wringing over animals when we can't even clean our acts up towards other humans is just plain backwards. The answer is quite simple of course, as all the best ones are... harm another person, or harm a pet, death sentence in both cases. Death sentence for harming people first though thanks.

It's not a case of one or the other. Why do you see it like that? It stems from the same set of underlying problems. There is no treat one and then the other approach.
