    Trump-lady back in Christchurch

So Im back in CHCH and without my bike but trying to sort getting it down here because Im dying. Anyone know any good freighting companys. The one I usually use can get her down here for two weeks, Auck to CHCH door to door $500. But if anyone knows a way to get it here faster and cheaper Im all ears.

When it gets here Ill be looking to RIDE

Do you guys still have a biker chick club/ride group?

Why didn't you ride it down? Would've been a nice little Road Trip...
When we moved to Chch in 1996, I rode my VF500 down. Cost a lot less than $500, even including the ferry.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

Get a cheap flight down before a weekend, and ride it 500, and you get to have a ride too.

    thinking bout doing that.........

needs some new brakes and brake light and I dont want to have to piss around in Auckland getting it fixed. If I go it will be on and straight back down to CHCH with no stops. With queen bday coming up roads will be filled with cages not to mention I hate riding in rain bad weather

Sounds to me you should sell your bike and move to Fiji !
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

    1.Try the classics run -http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...n-Christchurch

or the Wensday meet up - http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...-night-meet-up

Both very good groups of people and always a great day out

2.-sorry I don't take any notice of the sexist events (girls only).....most of us still like to ride with actual bike enthusiasts.....not self absorbed posers with superiority complexes.

awesome TY! I will def check it out

as for number two....the only reason I asked as last time I was living in CHCH there was a few girls I knew who rode often but for the life of me cant remember their names. That was 5 years ago and from what I recall the group was quite large. As for being sexist.... I ride with males constantly so woulda been extra nice to catch up with some and meet some more females....nadda to do with superiority complexes or poses which any one who has riden with me will back up

Ive riden from CHCH to Auck and Auck to CHCH many times and been caught out weather wise. I also work durring the week to pay for the bike so the cost and time off isnt worth it. Id much rather take my time off to ride when the chances of good weather are better.

Ive been to Fiji thanks......didnt like it so much. Roads are shit for riding
