    Brass Monkey using only 50cc?

My dad brought a scooter on Trademe, for my sister to ride to school. It is a Yamaha Zuma! It is residing in Wanaka. I am going to catch the bus down on friday, pick up the scooter and stay at my Aunt and Uncles on my wifes side.

Anyway I thought it would be a good opportunity to go to the famous brass monkey. I will be heading there on Saturday morning.

I was wondering if there was any other scooters and/or small bikes going to be there, I might like some company for the ride back to Christchurch, as it will take at least 10 hours. I am going to go up the centre, as although the coast is shorter, my life will probably be shorter as well as the traffic will be much heavier.

If anyone is going to go, please post here, maybe we can travel back in a convoy, safety in numbers and all that!!!

Was going to, am going to take a plastic cube with some holes in the bottom which I will bolt through a metal plate onto the carrier, and I can put in the jerry can and the tent etc.
