    Teknic Lightning gloves?

Anyone used these? Looking for a decent cold/wet weather glove.

i'm currently riding with 1tonne gloves, they're horrid. they're the "sporty/race" style that they do and they are crap in the warm, cold, wet....well, at everything and the seam around the thumb is hugely uncomfortable and the thumb is too short/fingers too long blah blah, in short I get wet, cold and my hands go dead...
I've got some harden up drink, but, don't want to waste it.

So, as the first sentence says, anyone used them?

I've used them and loved them, but given that they change every year, take that with a grain of salt. FWIW I will be going Knox Handroids next time.

the quality on teknik gloves leaves something to be desired.
Teknik do good gear, so long as it aint gloves and boots.

Crap quality compared to what? I'm open to all views as I don't want a crap glove.

Never said crap, but versus other brands in the same price bracket, there are much much better alternatives.

Dunno about the Lightning gloves but I have a pair of Technic Thunder which I find do an excellent job in winter.
And no, they haven't fallen to bits yet and seem as good as any others I have had.

If they still use the wet suit looking material on parts, I found that after a couple of years of sustained abuse they eventually wore there. Not sure what it is, but it's not leather. Comfy though, even crashed well.
