Wishing you all the best for your recovery mate. Putting the incident aside, just hoping you heal well. From knowing what its like to be in serious healing mode DO listen to your physio and docs. Don't ever push it more than you feel up to. As someone said in an earlier reply, let it heal properly first time or you may never heal fully. My bin was 3 months ago and my shoulder and leg are still causing me huge pain and limit my movements. So, it may take time, but be patient.

Shit your funny mate, you tell me I'm retarded for having an accident without knowing me or any of the facts, I asked for some info on recovery and you give me crap.
To those riders that actually contributed to my question of recovery thanks for your input, I will be sure to take all the advice of my Physio and Surgeon and luckily have very good ones.
