I like it. Can't stand bad drivers who have a so called christian symbol on their car. Hardly a good example of the fruits of the spirit as they call it (patience and kindness etc).

I would be tempted to go into business just to get thrown in jail for the free food, pool tables and sky tv.... I feel another slogan coming on....

Maybe we should contract to the TUI advertising company.

We have one of them on our fridge! Not really sure how it got their as I'm pretty sure none of my flatmates put it up, maybe it's a Jesus fish that evolved?

For me a lot of it comes down to intent, you get different slogans if you intend to make people think than if you just want to piss them off. Prick of a thing to police though init!

Absolutely. The police merely act on the facts before them. The courts have to deal with the cases and determine rulings.

DIA, Police, Customs all have to deal with merchandise issues like this more often that many would realise.

yes but the law can be over-ruled if it can be shown that under a 'true democracy' (not this shit we have now) the people would have it this way. So the question is would the "people" accept "child porn" or ban it?
I think that is how we justify banning that

Surely this isn't a religious issue. It's whether you can display the word cunt publicly and whether or not that's acceptable. If we accept public television censors with the word cunt, then public clothing/displays of the word are justified in being censored are they not?

I'm sure the shirt would be fine if you just blanked out the word cunt.

Rebrand the shirt "Jesus is a !@#" and no one will give a crap.

Dude, you REALLY need to take LAWS101 at university. It would give you some insight into our system of governance, how it evolved, what is meant by the rule of law, history of law and all sorts of fascinating things. Because you have no clue presently.

...........with a LOT of leeway to decide which charges to lay in any particular circumstance. Not that I'm objecting, just pointing it out.
