Yes, I would jump at this one if my bike would just get paid out. It's pretty much what I am looking for but as you say, the little girl waits. Will just sit tight and see what happens

Shame it's the wrong colour! Seriously though, you need to call and lay down the law. Ask what the hold up is. Make them commit to time frames. These things really shouldn't take that long once a write off has been ascertained. I know as I worked in car insurance for a few years.
