Ebay brake discs, good or bad?

Hey took my cbr250 out on the track last week and noticed that the brakes pulsed like crazy whenever i tried applying the front brakes. i was told that it was a warped brake disc.

My question is, have any of you tried the cheap brake discs on ebay?
    i'm considering getting these:
    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Front...#ht_6055wt_939

initially i was gonna get genuine honda brakes but could resist cracking up hysterically when they told me that its $839 per disc.

so yeah any thoughts on the ebay brakes would be much appreciated. Thanks!

no idea, ebay and local honda dealer are the only one's that have come to mind so far.

Unless you get a know brand that is not a moody clone, cheap eBay discs come with a guarantee to wish you hadn't wasted your money.

Just think how often you change them and then divide that by the cost for OEM parts and you'll find they are not that expensive and worth the money.

There some good clones out there, which are much cheaper.

I'll ask my Honda mechaic (work bikes) and if he says anything good, I'll PM you.

Just get discs from a local bike wrecker. MC22 discs are everywhere.

Give the discs you have a scrub with some steel wool (get it from Bunnings, synthetic is fine, get the gray not the white stuff) and some Brakekleen.

would that do anything for the disc being warped though?

i've got it booked in for tomorrow to get it checked out, but its feeling a lot like my old cbr did when the front disc was warped. although i also get an odd knocking sound from the front wheel every now and than. i've taken the calipers apart and given them a good clean and changed the pads/fluid but its still doing the same thing.
