With grass we currently have local growers... the govt needs to contract these people in for an emerging Taxable NZ market . T'would certainly solve a problem or two... it "may" create others? but those "other" things were going to happen anyway, and quite possibly with legal drugs. Funny isn't it T, here you are fighting crime on behalf of the community but if you guy's were completely successful at it, you wouldn't have job!
