    Twitter quotes

    From Alex Briggs

Very disappointing for all of us. We expected 2 do better. But the fat lady has not sung yet. Lots of discussion & brainstorming tonight.

4 whatever reason, we have yet 2 give the rider the feeling he needs 2 ride how he wants. When we do it will be like a switch....

Until we find the thing that flicks the switch 4 us...we will just keep working like dogs......

    And from Cal Crutchlow:

Bridgestone were to bring us all softer tyre for tomorrow as we are all complaining of no heat again, but now wont as 1 manufacturer disagrees

When will Simo get it into his thick head, to watch it on those first corners!

    Sheesh!

Well done Ben on his first win - he was so excited, he almost looked awake.....

The 125 race was the best racing I've seen in ages. RIP 125GP. All hail the Briggs & Stratton Lawnmower challenge that will replace it. Moto2 was an incomprehensible jumble of visibly slow Formula Honda racers as usual.

MotoGP was weird. Looks like late '80s/early '90s 500GP. Small fields, only a couple of people who can win consistently and dwindling fields and spectators. Stop criticising Simoncelli. He's the only rider out there pushing limits. Reminds of some dude called Doohan in '90.

It just about always has been but it tends to be ignored by the dickheads who think bigger and faster is better

Simo's going to cop it - but if the 'experts' stop and think they may remember, it is an exact carbon copy of the 'racing incident' in Jerez when Rossi passed Stoner cleanly, but toooo hot and then binned it, taking out the rider he had just passed.

Not only that but Vinales is looking like something special. Best race, best racer. I also admired the way he openly ogled Paris Hilton's tits at the team launch.

Nah. When Xaus crashes he does it by himself and he and the bike are so poked neither of them can continue.

Pleased to see Spies get his maiden win. I hope it'll give him the confidence to go toe to toe with the front runners more often.

he is only pushing the limits because he doesnt seem to know where they are yet...and he should seeing his contemporaries have learned, either that or he doesnt care which is dangerous for him and those around him.
He is obviously fast becuase left to his own devices he doesnt actually crsh much but once he is surrounded by other rider he cant seem to control his urge to be in front of them immediately
