    WTD: Various ZXR Parts

Hiya, I'm currently trying to rebuild my bike back to showroom condition and need afew parts:

    1) Fork Sliders/Stanctions (sp) Really want some non rusted ones - If I need to buy the entire fork I will consider it, they are to suit a ZXR250c, and IIRC the ZXR400 forks are the same, they are 41mm.

    2) The mirror bracket which holds the top fairing in place, I managed to break mine while straightening it.

    3) A tidy black non dented swingarm.

    4) Rear shock something off a zxr +1990 would fit the bill...

Please try help me out at the moment the funds a low and alot still needs to be done, thanks alot

Below is the bracket I am After (picture).

thats rude about the bracket being all one piece, doesnt it mount your headlight etc aswell? On the A model its two separate parts, i need the top bit for mounting the mirrors on mine thanks to the twit i bought the bike off riding it into a wall

What's the point of getting a 250 in such nice condition? Won't you be ditching it for a bigger bike in the next year or two?

    erm, no.

If I was to write it off I would be still paying it off - makes sense eh?
Oh and my excess would have being 2.2k for hitting the dog when that happened, because "Protecta" didnt know what to do, so they said it was my fault and such. I am writing a letter of complaint to them about how they handled the situation really fucked me off 3 calls later all I could get was "ermm ahh yea umm it would cost you 2.2k because it was your fault" twats.

No need to write it off, its all perfect Just fixing up little niggles.

how much is that gonna cost? If i dont go ahead and by the ******** **-** im looking at im gonna do a complete disasembly and repair job on the 250.

replate and re-oil forks, rebuild rear shock, service brakes, repaint bottom tripple clamp, polish top clamp, possibly repaint frame and swingarm, and polish the rims.
