    (if the
defendant is not a New Zealand resident and does not have a business in
New Zealand, send the form to any District Court in New Zealand)
This statement is on the 2nd (or 3rd) page of the 'notice of claim' form, so sounds like its worth having a crack, can't look any further at the moment as I'm studying, very hard obviously

oh, so that is a civilized country.
here you'll have to wait about 8 to 10 years and pay a lawyer for your own, with costs not covered by the eventual looser.

if you only have to make a little effort like that to defend your rights, well, it's doable....

average is 1 to 3 months.
i regularly buy cheap stuff there and never missed a single thing, only you have to be patient.
after all they don't charge you for delivery costs...

    END OT.

nope alexwarehouse.com ordered stuff on 7 March, 13 March got told my order was processing and thats the last I heard. Tried calling, emailing, tried resolving through payapl(another useless unwilling link in the chain of$$) even had a friend in HongKong rock up at their listed address "oh ahh sorry that guys on his lunch break..."

    O rite, this study business.....

    Fuck that was WANKSTAIN.
Some dumbarsed guy ripped off someone for $200. The guy getting ripped off was obviously a greedy idiot. The guy ripping off someone for $200 was a drop kick - risking his everything for $200. Tool.

    But.
The debt recovery guy 'Aaron". What a fucking up-himself bullying tosspot. Lucky for him he was picking on a loser....or he would have been facing some genuine harassment charges. The tool even posted the self-incriminating harrasment evidence on the thread thinking he was cool being the Big Man. Seems like hes a failed law student lawyer wannabe to me.

'failed law student' or not, he still got his $$$ back - plus some.

And a rip-off twat got to be poorer and pissed-off

    And that's what counts.

I obviously read it a bit differently to you. I thought "Aaron" had an exceptionally good grasp of debt collection laws and handled the situation quite well. I also get the feeling the process was posted from start to finish to give people an idea of how to actually go about collecting smallish debts in a manner that makes it worth their while. As he said himself, harrasment is a term that can only be used when the "harraser" as no actual business in contacting the complainent.
