    My best is 2:15 but I couldn't walk straight for 6 months.

    Don't learn to race walk during your first half marathon

    I still won and got the race record

    Ah yes, race pace walking is much harder than it looks (it looks hard enough). Uses totally different muscle groups to running.

    Overloaded both hammys with all the knee locking, they packed it in for a couple of months, and the chafing was horrendous.
