There were 'guys' in Twisted Sister get my vote for in their prime ugly.

Johnny Cash in 'Hurt' is hard to look at old man stakes-wise.

Michael Jackson? Bonn Scott wouldn't look too good at the moment either.

Personally I think the ugliest people in music are anyone who's ever been on any show with the word 'Idol' in the title, but then you could dispute that actually being music.
