Sorry usually I am not this bitter. But turn this topic into bike related. Imagine if someone cried "My chinese scooter broke down, and the dealer doesn't know when it will go again, and they refuse to give me a backup bike - so now I'm stuck"

Poppycock. Anyone purchasing such a scooter has a choice. If they're clever it'll be an informed choice. If you want to fly to a destination not on a main route then increasingly you don't have a choice, you get low quality service like it or not.

According to this thread, I must be the luckiest man in the whole wide NZ. I had 0 problem with Jetstar...

And yes I did some traveling in 2010 and once earlier this year.
