That was exactually why I posted it, I have Read so much about suspension over the years and worked with good technicians here and over seas, but that was the most clearest simplest explanation of what does what with suspension settings.

That link along with Roberts SAG settings link on here, will deffinately help riders understand the concept of suspension and what it does a lot more, making them potentually safer riders

It's all about FLOW, so go with it!

WOW, very surprised at how much my phone has rung since you posted this.

I will keep this as brief as possible, BUT I FUCKED UP! I have always been a cocky bugger, done and said what I wanted too, and if need be, apologised later if required.

YES, I said a lot of SHITE about Robert and to Robert on here and other places, and for this I APOLOGISE To Robert ( I expect nor ask for a reply to this)

Robert said to me himself, that all the medication I had for the operations will take a long time to wear off, but the worst part about it has been the head injury side, I AM NOW on top of this and on Medication to keep me on a level playing field and I feel really really good within.

I have attacked Robert as a person, but never have I said any where or any time that he is NO GOOD at his work, I have always stood by the fact that he is extremelly compitent at building and modifying suspension.

Robert and I used to be very good friends, YES I have spoiled this.

If this is seen as sucking up to Robert, than I guess that is what it is then, as I owe him my apology
