Anyone recommend a norton mechanic or enthusiast near oamaru or dunedin who can get a commando running after sitting for 10 years.

Mark Young at Young Suzuki is old bike sensible. I bought a well sorted Triumph 650 off him. He runs a Triumph triple now. Worth a chat to him.

Throw the bike on a trailer and phone in advance so he knows it’s coming.

The Veitch name in Dunedin has some old bike credibility….I’m sure Bill’s bikes have been past the shop mechanics occasionally.

Depends on whether you want guidance and ideas or whether you want to open your wallet and let the money flow.

Plenty of guidance on this forum.

    Does it turn over?
