Would really suit a young family (2 Adults, 2 Children) as there is a School and College a minutes walk, Kindergarten 5 mins walk. Or a nice retirement if you dont wanna buy.
House is alarmed. Unfortunately, Shed isnt. However, I have had my bike in there and no one more needy than I has wanted to take it away.
No need to worry bout an annoying Real Estate Agent - Dealing direct with the house owner.
