A quick tally in 500/motoGP I count (I may be wrong it was a very quick count)
35 season wins to Four Strokes
and 27 to Two Strokes.
If you take off 800 and 990 era bikes (i.e. comparing the same size engine) It comes out at 27 - 24 to the two strokes.
