    Ah, the joys of parenthood.

I hope you aren't wearing tights while riding that thing... for the good of everyone else's eyes that is!!!

Seriously though, if you've been commuting on that, I am sure you are a fat arse, no more or soon to be no more. Good on ya mate!

    Cool

Dr Surfchick, travel safe when you head back over to Ireland on Thursday.

Enjoy your few months back there and I will see you when you come on back to New Zealand.

But do keep in touch with us all while you are away, I am sure that you will find a internet cafe over there somewhere or hi-jack someone's computer where you are staying...lol.

Try and get on a bike over there as well.....

Remember to never split an infinitive. The passive voice should never be used. Do not put statements in the negative form. Proofread carefully to see if you words out. And don't start a sentence with a conjugation. (William Safire)

    Surfchick has left the building...

I caught up with the Doc last night and she asked me to pass on a few messages.

She's out of here for 3 months. Flys out via Amsterdam(n), on to Dublin then off "home" to Ireland.

She doesn't have Internet access where she's staying so will have to pop into the library to get online - this ain't going to bee too often but she'll try (in between surfing, film making and interviewing militant extremists... it's important to have a hobby don't you think?)

She also said another big thanks for the support over the last little while since she's been online.

    Chapter & verse in Chch

    Hi Alex (SC)
Saw C&V yesterday and enjoyed it, so well done. The way you covered the issues which I find beyond belief was great, summed up by the quote from whomever that it was obvious that neither side was going to win.

My daughter and son-in-law also came. He is a recent import from Newtownards (Belfast) and said that it is rare to find any coverage that does not pick one side.

Second and last showing is Monday some time (for the Chch crew).
