Honestly don't know about the tank fitting the nsr......If you want I can bring it down to Welly and you can try it....

the rims are 17" but I am keeping those,but I do know off someone selling 17x3.00 rear rim and possibly has the front rim too

Yep. Would be great to try the tank some time you're down here, and to find out about some rims thanks. 17x3 and a front is just what the dr ordered.
