FYI, Repco has them on special, 2 cans for $40 (several colours available, stock will probably vary from store to store?)

    Special ends 22 March 2015

I dont understand the point of this stuff. Paint is cheaper and lasts much better. I don't understand why someone would want to paint something with the intention of later unpainting it.

    - Cheaper brands of silicone spray will dissolve the plasti dip and you will need to re-apply
    - The shit does not always peel off in one piece, after much wasted time I ended up using degreaser to dissolve the stuff and wiped it off with a rag.
    - Gasoline drips when filling up will dissolve the plasti dip instantly (effectively any solvent will eat it for breakfast)
What's it like if you spray over the damaged area without stripping the whole kit-caboodle first - does it blend in so's you can't tell??

So you can try things in different colours without wrecking the part.

I'd rather not attempt painting... On the other hand, plastidip can just be pulled off if you fuck it up

My apprentice just "douche-bagged" his Skyline (emblems, skirts etc). It *WAS* actually quite a nice car, but he used spray paint and vinyl wrap. He just took the re-sale value doooooowwwn..... BUT if he had used plasti-dip....

I guess its a bit like a youthful tattoo. Sometimes you grow up and decide err na maybe that wasn't such a cool idea...

3M Shutz, Rustoleum Underbody, CRC Proseal.

anything advertised as "rubberised paint" basically.

then run it through an air sprayer with lots more air than you "should" - this dries the paint out and as it bubbles/bounces off the surface creates tactile/ slip resistant finish.

fuckin gay shit in a spray can. pussies.

Yea must be something about the youth... He's all of 5years younger than me (I'm 26), he has pet rabbits, a big fish aquarium and a big gay 'Sam Smith' haircut. Pretty sure his girlfriend is just a cover story...

There's only so much shit you can give a like that, it's just too easy.
