www.ramsolutions.co.nz are premium quality mounts. A two second search would've found them, though.

I use a small tank bag (oxford) with a clear plastic window. Iphone operates through the plastic window which was good for changeing tunes etc. plugged it into a car charger clipped onto battery. Easy to read GPS on tank. I found it handy when I stopped I could lift bag off and I've got camera keys wallet etc all together with minimum fuss.

I also use a $100 oxford disklock. theft prevention is only that it will slow a thief down but if they want your bike they'll have it. Any bike can be thrown into the back of a van if it's not bolted down. best thing is to ensure you have good insurance.
Only a biker knows why a dog sticks his head out of a car window.

That's my solution also. I can have just the clear plastic window on the tank and no bag, so I throw my phone in there. I can still operate the touch screen through the plastic and my gloves so it's pretty handy.
