New KB website technicians?

So, who were those two technicians that I saw trying to fix the servers when I tried accessing KB this morning? I'm assuming, that judging by the fact that the poor girls had to undo their shirts to cool down, that some sort of computer overheating was happening.

Anyway, as my own PC is liable to play up sometimes, can I have their contact details to arrange a house call? From what I could see through the tangle of wires, they looked more than capable.
